Check for kits on Ebay. I got 2 with Digibrite ballasts for $260 each with a wing reflecter, it was a little more for cooled hoods but they had them too.
Get 2 vertical style hoods a digital 1000 watt ballast with a digital splitter 2 mh 2 HP's digital bulbs 1 6 inch high powered inline fan. That will run you around 800
