Combine High CBD oil with Medicinal Marijuana

    Hi I have a question.  I was thinking since a lot of strains of flowers are very high in THC and low in CBD's these days...     I was wondering if you supplemented with say vaporizer High CBD oil or high CBD drops while consuming flowers via combustion or vapor, keeping in mind that most likely the flowers are low in cbd would it be kind of like consuming a medical marijuana that focuses on the medical benefits vs just high THC and getting blitzed?  Would it be comparable to consuming a medical marijuana with relatively high THC and relatively high CBD? 
     
    Sorry if it sounds a little confusing and written poorly, I'm a bit tired right now.  :)
