This may sound stupid with all the info online, but im having issues with ebb & flow and am willing to pay for an Experienced Hydroponic grower for consultation over Skype and possibly over the phone, nothng major or full time, just a few hours a week, in the evening or any time during weekends, will use whatever payment method is preferred...

Lol that's the temp at the top, that number indicates the temperature where the probe is tucked between leaves at upper canopy, it was meantt to be an indoor/outoor thermometer for the home
Seriously tho, im interested in learning first hand from an experienced grower instead of self taught via internet
What problems do you actual have? I run ebb'n'flow sistems for a decade. It's most forgiving system for failures. I also run RDWC for a year now and it's much more work with it. I am glad if i can help you in any way . PM me and i'll help you for free What are your PH valueas? Which nutrient you use? What are TDS values? Ligths? Water temps?
