Are you doing the 12:12 schedule or the 12-1 schedule? I recently learned of the 12-1 schedule from thebatman over in his thread. His buds are getting really big very early off and has a lot more than average flowering areas. I'm def going to do this lighting schedule my next run and I'd def recommend taking a look into the 12/1 shroomy. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
I'll stick with this for a while Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum And what is 12-1? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
" pointswest 29 Oct 2011 You should stick to proven methods that work. If you would research the flowering requirements for MJ you will find that there has to be 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness. Using this schedule your plants would never flower unless you were growing autos. This is a technique used by short day plant growers to keep the plants in a vegetative state until flowering is required. Poinsetteas, Mums, and Easter Lilly's are a few of the examples using this technique. It is definitely not used for flowering, the light interruption is for keeping the plants from flowering.. Wherever you found this link, it is totally false information. Please do not post this type of misinformation in the advanced sections of the growing forums. When you are starting to learn to grow, stick to the proven formulas until you become an advanced grower, then and only then should you try unproven growing techniques for experimentation. Learn the basics and be observant, growing healthy plants is all that is necessary for a good crop. PW " Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Don't trim sugar leaves!!!! They will develop a lot more trichomes before harvest...good for hash and edibles. Did you mean fan leaves?
I only trim fan leaves the plant had no sugar leaves at the time Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
It is a proven method that works and has plenty of trials to back it up. Everyone has their own methods 12/1 does work very well from what I'm experiencing so far http://forum.grasscity.com/hydroponic-growing/1326685-bubbleponics-dwc-first-time-grow.html/page-3#entry20602506
