as far as i know they will take your beans and reseal your mail and send it through with a certain color tape but if you talk to jack im sure he will assure you that the vault will guarantee delivery meaning if you show him that mail with the tape he will resend your order if i remember correctly but i dont think that goes for raffle prizes geo or jack will correct or confirm this im sure😀 hope this helps, as i was once sceptical and am atm waiting on my fourth piece of mail from the vault to my home adress because they rock!

Ok . how does ur tracking system work fro royal mail ? It says dispatched 3/31 and hasn't updated yet. It says "a: International Tracked & Signed Status: It's on its way Your item, posted on 31/03/15 with reference xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for despatch overseas." Shouldn't it have updated saying left instead of getting ready to leave ?
Its probably been passed onto your local postal service. Royal tracking only goes so far. Mine usually gets to customs then no update untill a few days later it shows up. If its from the vault.. you got nothin to worry about.
