    A while. Do some research. The hairs have to turn brown and start to reced. The calyxes need to swell. You need to get a 30x magnifier and check the trichomes and pull when it's 30-50% amber depending on your preference. Do some learning bro.

    Some strains can take up to 12-14 weeks to fully mature.

    Also did they take a week or two to show pistils? Subtract that from the total flowering time.
