So I went on vacation for a week, had to leave the ladies unattended for entire time. Left 11/25, came back 12/1... and I had decided to flip to 12/12 the day I left. I was thinking the plants wouldn't take as much water under 12/12 and that my SIP setup that I rigged with a siphoned reservoir. Siphon rig didn't work like planned cause I had my gf rushing me to leave for the trip. Anyways I got back, and the plants hadn't died but grown significantly! The sip reservoir was dry and my siphon looked like it had works a little bit, but still plenty in there. Some of the leaves looked a little crisp, but overall good. The stretch has grown them out too far to bring back under screen, leaving canopy a bit uneven. I think I'm just gonna roll with it and hope the ones closest to the light don't block out others. Oh, and I'm pretty sure sleestack skunk is a chick, pistils showin! Update from this morning, I cleared out a lot of the undergrowth yesterday that hasn't made it to the screen. It also seems that some of the buddies are yellowing a little bit. I've been feeding Fox farm trio, should I give a bit more big bloom? Maybe they are just too close to light, and I'm maxed out on light height with current setup. May have to get creative with my hangers and ropes to give a couple extra inches, top sites are about 14" away. Looks good. I don't think 14" is too close but I could be wrong. My kandy kush was touching the cool tube and turned white on my last run. How far into flower are they that they're turning yellow? Some colour change is normal during flowering.
This would be day 13 of 12/12, I think it's mostly just the HPS bulb that makes it look worse than it actually is. That's happened to me before. I'll freak because my babies look discolored but if I turn the lights off its all green as green can be.
Looking great mj! On the taller ones u could do a Lil supercropping. If stems aren't to woody. I usually do it up to 3 weeks on some strains. Or just tie them down.

Day 18 of 12/12 Smell is becoming more and more noticeable, there's some sugar forming around the bus sites. I hope they don't get any taller.
There really isn't anywhere for them to go! I really needed to have trained them in their first week after the flip. For now I'm just utilizing central AC, shutting of dampers to other grilles to push majority of air through tent. I hope that keeps them cool enough.

Thanks guys, I really haven't been doing much. Just keepin their reservoirs full, top feeding according to FF schedule about 500 ml twice a week. The two larger ones have roots all throughout their reservoir, I guess they grew straight thru the smart pot. Looking great. They should stop growing up around this time, and start fattening up real nice. U must really have your temps under control, cause I've never heard of lights that close w/o a cooltube! Great work mj. 1 more month, and a couple weeks to go. Be patient this is the hardest time for me, watching those buds form makes me want to sample at each stage of development.
Thanks BG! Man I'm getting to know the patience it requires to produce a worthy crop, and this part seems to be the worst. I can see the end but I'm still so far out lol. I'm running my central AC to cool the tent with lights on, its easier to cool off with 55 degree air rather than transferring room temp.
