Just heard on the news tonight that the Oklahoma City, OK school district is considering drug testing teachers. This should be an interesting experiment. lol OK doesn't treat their teachers worth a damn and now even more BS. And we know if they go for it, it'll be statewide not to far behind them. Tulsa, Lawton, Stillwater.....yes, it'll be statewide.
They may in some places, but according to the news, only school bus drivers do within the OKC, OK public schools. It'll suck if I have to get tested. I'll be claiming tainted cookie, second hand smoke and all that stuff.
To me it seems if they have a reasonable reason to test someone, then go ahead. The problem is if some teacher goes off to Colorado on a break from school and ingest cannabis in a legal setting then comes back and was UA'ed and failed what would that tell the district.
