I've beaten fallout 3 so many times its boring as hell, so I came up with my own hardcore mode to make the game more realistic and challenging, here's the list Fallout 3 new rules Minimum weapons •Max of 3 points -knife=1 -bat/melleé weapon=2 -pistol=1 -rifle=2 -rocket/minigun=2 -grenade/mine=.5 Minimum clothing •1 piece of clothing per slot Minimum food •No more than 10lbs of food Minimum meds -drugs=2 per drug -stimpack=10 max Minimum miscellaneous -no more than 15lbs of junk -bobby pins 25 max Minimum ammo -only carry ammo for weapons you have -missile/mini Nuke ammo=5 max(total) Minimum skill books/mags •mag=1 •book=2 -max number=4 ---------------------------------------------- No skipping dialogue No save & re-load DEATH IS PERMANENT No HUD
I never got into Fallout, but nonetheless, i can appreciate the game. This sounds like a cool way to play the game, especially the part about no saving and reloading when you. To me, this sounds like it may be the last time you play this game (think if you were to die at 75% completion, would you start from the begining again with the same rules?) Anyways, you should stream your playthrough on twitch, im sure youd get a lot of views if yiure playing on the hardest setting along with thise rules, and itd keep you motivated, and following the rules. On my top 5 favourite games of all time But that's way too intense for me Did you like new Vegas op? Personally I disliked it compared to 3 Omega369
New Vegas was fun but not nearly as good as three. Outside of the strip there were no memorable towns like in 3. Probably has a lot to do with new vegas being developed by obsidian and not Bethesda who really needs to announce 4 soon.
