  2. Theraplant is charging dispensaries $11 a gram for the medical marijuana, arguing that is a fair price given the state's stringent regulations that add to manufacturing costs. Those regulations include testing every batch that is sold to dispensaries.

That's not too bad for tested bud. They can sell grams for 15.  Does Theraplant give a discount for larger quanities? Or is it 11 bucks straight across the board?

  3. Congrats! Here in Nevada we wait until the 1st of January until the dispensaries that are already built open up.

  4. Congrats. That is definitely a big step in the right direction for us all, wish I was living near connecticut.

  5. haha I'm in PA. Local. I guess I'm just happy anyways since a very nearby states gonna have dispensaries

  6. With tax it's $19 a gram. Minimum amount you can get is 5g @ $95.

And they quadrupled the price for cards from $25 to $100.

You have to register with a specific dispensary and can only change 4 times a year. And there is a definite difference between each and the available strains. The Branford one was all out of 1 out 3 kinds and had only 2 5g vials of the second. Even if I wanted to buy the dust my assigned dispensary was sold out while others still had stock.

One of the reasons for the grinding is so LEO can tell dispensary weed from illegal weed.

I'm going to keep going to RI to get mine. Even the 2 hour drive each way it's still cheaper for me that the 15 min drive to Branford.
