    You can eat the brownie anytime. I'm not familiar with your tolerance but it usually takes a good hour or two to kick in anyways.

    Personally I would just eat it now, not sure whats better, empty or full stomach.  I have gotten high with both.  Usually I eat an edible then take a bong toke, keeps me high forever.

    My favorite thing to do with edibles is eat one when I first wake up.
