I like that titles auto capitalize the first letter of each word but it doesn't allow consecutive caps which kills titles with acronyms. ISIS quickly becomes Isis, UK becomes Uk, TV to Tv and so on. Sounds like a small gripe but its one of those small attention to detail things that is aesthetically pleasing and would look 100x better.
yea the title generator is messed up, it should simply be case sensitive and keep the letters how they are input. for your issue, try inputting I.S.I.S, might work
ya it would be a nice thing to have at lest for a few characters but i bet we would start seeing threads like PLEASE READ ME!!!! MAWW

I do not think it is a big problem though, and it doesn't look too bad.
