as an outdoor grower, they need at least 4-5 weeks, They still look pretty newly developed. You want nice long calyx's Glistening glands, and it shouldn't be too squishy

That's not mold but it is mildew. A lot less dangerous imho. Look out for bud rot at this time of year, turns yours buds and stems a brownish colour be carful Sky's the limit

2 - 3 weeks if you want to put on some weight. Always check the trichomes for your main reference. If you have to harvest a little early because of rain in your area that'll work also.
