Sir they are supposed to be = to 100 watts while only using 23 watts. Any that's what I've read. Plus my last grow was a lot less lighting it was just 3 cfl light bulbs and my plant grew a sticky half ounce Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Alright then, bud. Just letting you know that isnt equivalent to a 600w. It's a fifth of that. It means equivalent to 100w incandescent which gives off more heat than light.

i just harvested a plant from outdoors that yielded 1.5 ounces and it was bigger then yours. you should try to have 50-60 watts per square foot when flowering. you only have about 150 watts total. keep in mind you also have that 4'tube that doesnt penetrate very deeply. you need some "red spectrum" light in there as well. you will have a ton of popcorn nugs but they smoke just the same. id like to think you could get over an ounce but so many things can change from now til harvest that could effect your total weight
