Not the bible god... I was born Catholic, went atheist, logic pointed me towards agnostism. Then I saw the being with the multi arms and pink skin and now I'm attracted to vibrations and whatnot. I don't know what's out there, but it's out there.

There is a god imo... but nobody on earth knows anything about him. Even if someone on earth saw "God", between the game of telephone thats gone on for thousands of years + the corrupt governments and clergy that altered what was taught before them, theres legitimately no way we could ever have the "true story" about it. So screw it. Just live how you wanna live without hurting others unless its warranted and i think youre good in any religions eyes.
The teachings of religion, about spiritual matter, are fraudulent. They tell you to not trust logic, accept things on faith alone, and they promise pie in the sky when you die. It's a disgrace that man has not destroyed all traces of religious belief at this point in history.
Just remember, Religion has been the most successful means of governing an uneducated populace in all of human history, its only been about the last 500 years or so years did humanity start to gain what we now call "basic" understanding of our world through science like knowing about germs and hygiene, shape of the planet and position within our solar system for example, which has allowed for people to ACTUALLY make the contrast between logic and faith; science and religion which was not a liberty for people back then. To which means its only been very recently that people could even take up the notion that religion is as you put it or in a way similar to that, to be any other way would have been considered fringe or worthy of persecution not even that long ago. IMO all religions are bullshit, death is not as big a deal as people think it is as its just another part of the cycle of life. The afterlife sounds like a cute idea but its just that. Reincarnation seems a lot more feasible. .
We are all our own gods in this realm, see how over populated we are? "But we're mortal!" But death isn't the end, so how do you see yourself as a god that can die? Why, we're what create most of the way the world looks. We are this planet's creators and what a bunch of shitty ones at that. Going through the drive thru at a McDonald's to get your mind blocked by everything in the crap you eat and read.
