Dinafem "original strawberry cough" My pH meter was way off. Almost a whole point. My best guess is that its been in a pH of 4ish for awhile. Wicked purpling in the stems also appeared today. Also wondering if this is a natural indicator of low pH issues. Her roots appear fine... I dumped the res, calibrated the meter, and am hoping for it to recover. Do you all think there might be a chance? "Don't let the past remind us of what we are not now." 1000 watt Scrog Journal
Oh man does this one hit home, I know the feels. The next few days are going to tell you everything and are super crucial. If she improves in the next 3-5 days, there is hope, if not, she's gone. All depends on how long she was hurt for. I would give her a 75% chance of survival off of the pics though

She looks a little better I think... "Don't let the past remind us of what we are not now." 1000 watt Scrog Journal
Well she managed to pull through. At this point every day she looks a bit better. Almost the entire existing root structure died off. It slimed up real bad and just fell off lol. Roots have since regrown and new growth is looking fairly healthy. "Don't let the past remind us of what we are not now." 1000 watt Scrog Journal
those small bubbles and almost foaminess going on at the top, signifies you're in need of a res rinse and wash. wash your stone(s) as well. you can probably salvage the nutrients, but gotta get your temps and any light or air leaks under control
Oh! Forgot ... That foamy stuff you see is the root zone conditioner I had just put in there. She's in full swing now fellas! Thanks for the help. "Don't let the past remind us of what we are not now." 1000 watt Scrog Journal
Man.....this thread reminds me I need to calibrate my ph meter just in case. Maintenance is always cheaper than repair.
