Hand Surgery And Weed Help

  1. hello everybody,
     
    This is my first post here so don't rage quit on me if a similar topic has been posted already.
     
    So, i broke my hand last year and in 3 weeks i'm having the plate and screws removed and want to know how long before and after surgery i shouldn't smoke pot.  :smoking:

     
  2. you can smoke all you want, it wont effect you at all with the surgery. it could help with pain if its high thc

  3. no reason to stop, and more reasons to keep smoking.  get high to help deal with the hand surgery pain! :smoking:

  4. Don't smoke before the surgery, or if you plan to, let your doctor know. But afterwards, smoking will not effect your surgery

  5. After the surgery you may want to avoid smoking, and go for vape or edibles. Bodies like O2, and smoking causes cessation of co2, and co. I really don't think it would affect the healing process at all. I think depending on what anesthetic you get, local or knocked, may make you pretty high on its on.
