Types Of Glass?

    So Im in my new bong buying venture, and a big thing I hear about is China Glass. Dreaded China Glass. I understand its not as good as american in durability and such, but how fragile can a 9mm bong be? Regardless of where its from?
    Another thing is German Glass. One piece says "Premium German Glass", one says "German Schott Glass"
    So I guess my question here, from the choices 9mm Unknown Origin (probably China, brand Genie), 7mm Premium German (again, Genie), or Unknown German Schott (Burner Glassworks), which would you go for?
    And what about the GravLabs helix? Ive heard theyve switched to China Glass, but it still seems like a solid piece?

    Don't know about the last part but... my 9mm china bong is decent.  Could hit you in the head with it and I bet your skull would fracture before the bong.   Doesn't seem to hit to my liking though, tried 3 different sized downstems, bowls, various water levels.   Rarely gets used.

    I would go for the 9mm glass as it is the thickest.

    The problem I had with Chinese glass is the thickness of it.  They don't always give that detail, and next thing you know you dropped $100 on some paper thin POS.  Thats even if it makes it in one piece to your door.    Not always the case, but its your money!

    Borosilicate glass is stronger than China glass. German and schott glass are boro. Possibly slightly different from each other, but I can't tell how.
