Frost

  1. Supposed to get a frost tonight, have my ladies in five gallon buckets, about three weeks until harvest, should I be worried????? If so any ideas on what to do??

  2. Bring em I to the garage or something, they will take a hit only having that little bit of soil. If you can't bring it em inside at least get them up against your house, bit will keep em a little warmer. Covering then in plastic can help too, almost creates a greenhouse-like environment

  3. Yeah was thinkin of putting them in the garage but the roots have grown thru the buckets, deep, they don't budge and I don't wanna rip the roots

  4. I live in Canada and I see people putting potato sacks on some of their young plants and shrubs on nights where an early frost is predicted. Just a thought.

  5. Oh definitely don't disturb the roots. Just make a frame of stakes around it and cover it with some plastic or burlap like mentioned above. Just make sure your colas aren't touching the plastic/fabric
