  1. So I have asked my doctor if I could lose weight, and she said the most she will allow me to lose is 15 lb (because I have a few medical conditions). My goal is getting down to 145 lb. I'm currently 155 lb. but one day, I found I weighed 153 lb. which made my day until a few days later I was back to 155 lb. lol

I for some reason have hit a huge weight loss plateau. Down below I posted what my physique looked like about 2 weeks ago (its the only recent I've got). My plan is going down to 145 lb. then bulk up to 155 lb. through working out and eating healthy, then cutting back down to 140 lb then bulking up to 150 lb then cut down to 135 lb then bulking up to 145 lb then cutting down to 130 lb then bulking back up to 145 lb.

I hope that this whole process can be achieved within 2 years, but I really want to be 145 lb. by November or so. I need help, i don't know why i haven't lost weight, I've been eating what I watch and I'm working so much. I've even got a medication that suppresses hunger.

It seems like almost all stoners arer super skinny regardless of the munchies, but I'm the only one who isn't skinny. By the beginning of this year, I was around 168-170 lb and now I'm around 155-157 lb.

  2. Only weigh yourself once a week and at the same time of day. Preferably in the morning after u wake up and before you eat anything. If you weigh yourself everyday your gonna get different numbers due to water weight. The mirror will also be one of the best tools to use to track your weight loss. Make sure your in a caloric deficit everyday of your diet and you will lose weight. Since your weight is already pretty low it's gonna take longer to notice changes in your physique but they will come just stay dedicated. If you notice your not losing about a pound per week you can change up your diet for 1-2 days and carb up to shock your body, then after this carb load go back to your diet and you should lose weight.

  3. You're already fairly slim. If you want definition, you should focus on strength training.
