  1. I thought I had a deficiency but my uncle thinks it's spider mites. I don't see any but Now I'm really concerned and one of the bottom leaves was green 3 days ago and dead now. Pic 3 WTF?? ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1411001930.601212.jpg

Would this be ok to use?

  3. Check the undersides of the leaves for mites near the veins. They like to hide there.

I don't know about the bottle you've got there.

  4. Spider mites will eat the leaves. Get some neem oil and mix it with warm water. Spray the plant every 3 days. After a week or so they will be gone.   I had a problem with mites a few weeks back so now I spray all my plants down in veg 1 time a week along with adding it to the container that I water my plants with.  They can become a problem pretty fast if you don't do something about them.

  5. Thanks for the response I don't know what it is yet is it mites? I can't really get an opinion. I don't wanna do anything til I know for sure what the problem is

  6. I see no bugs and there's no holes or chewed leaves just the whitish pattern killing my plant

  7. I benn tryin for two days for an expert opinion. Idk maybe everyone hates me or something. I did as much research as I could and I agree powder mold looks the closest it isn't powdery and doesn't "wipe off" it's more a stain so I don't know. I'm just gonna spray that shit in the plant and hope for the best. It's for mold fungus mites and all so hopefully I don't kill my baby

  8. Think I mentioned bugs yesterday, if you can find some magnification like 30X loupe or microscope, check them leaves. Even if no bugs it at least would take some worry away. Check the bottom most leaves undersides for fecal matter, if spider mites they overwhelm from the bottom up.

Spider mites don't eat leaves, they lay eggs and shit on the underside of leaves, and spin webs. I'd suggest you both google search "spider mites" images, so you can not only see what the signs of spider mites are...but also what they look like so you know. OP you will clearly see spider mites with the naked eye. They look like little red/orange spiders.

As far as the rest of the advice with the neem oil, that's all correct. You can also use Dawn dish soap with room temp water and do the same thing.

  10. Ok thanks I gotta wait til later again to examine but I didn't see any spider mites on the underside or tops anywhere. I'm thinkin it's a kind if mildew

  11. Thanks for the correction, I guess I had some other type of pest along with spider mites then. I had chunks of fan leaves missing. It almost looked like a caterpillar ate them.  I found a bunch of spider mites and eggs, so I ASSumed they did it. lol   Either way after Neem oil everything is good.
