If your flowering start with that. I would suggest only 1/4 or 1/8 of suggested dose. I use these frets as well and they are strong. So just start out low and slow and ease your girls into the Tiger Bloom.
Umm, I can't honestly answer that for ya cause I do outdoors. But I would wait for someone else to chime in or research it. 18/6 would be what I think it should be on but I'm not 100% sure. You'll prolly find ppl who do both light cycles. So read up on em and see what fits yours. I would give 18/6 the most thought. I think the plant needs a break from the light. See what ya dig up bro.
Once I get em started on the Tiger bloom I switch back n forth to big bloom every couple of feelings. It's lower in it's npk ratio and has micronutrients. I'm not sure you have that with your tiger bloom or not. If you don't it's no big deal. No need to run out n spend more money. Looks like you got good supplies.

I did my research and it looks like it's gonna either be 20/4 or 24/0 since I waited so long to transplant, due to the fact that I had no idea I had me some auto's 😠Anyhow, I read that I should do 24/0 to up my growth, yield potential and potency of my buds. Or if I wanna give them a break like U said, then do 20/4. But I think I'm gonna just do the 24/0 and get these bitches bloomed and harvested Asap! 👌🌳 I'll def keep reading and doing my research. That's where I get my beans at as well. What strains are you running again. I've used only Dinafem for last two yrs and love the end results. I've got Cheese, OG Kush and Kush N Cheese from Dinafem now almost ready to chop.

Shes still extremely sparse.... The auto is doing well. So MG organic has worked for me and Schultz, or other synthetic soils are forever a no-no for me now guys.!
