Where To Move Next.

  1. It is sunny as balls over here in Winston Salem NC. Hope your day has been stellar. So I just moved here from Chicagoland (where I grew up practically my whole life) a few months ago and I will be here for at least 2 years give or take just to soak in all the culture and shitty pizza that people seem to like. I work for a certain grocer that has stores all over the US and it's pretty easy to transfer so even though I am here for a bit, I was hoping for a few people to tell me about, or suggest, other towns/cities I should consider when I decide to pack up my Pizzaz(you need one of these in your life) and relocate. Seattle was incredible for the short time I lived there. Portland Maine sounds fun as well. I am a ginger and since skin cancer isn't on my bucket list, places like Sun Baked Arizona or Is That Just a Freckle Texas are not options. I prefer some type of foliage as well as I like hiking and pissing in the forest. Any advice is appreciated.

  2. I'm from Maine and I don't know where you heard that Portland is fun, but it's not.

Most of Maine is beautiful, though. Lots of foliage for you.

Colorado, we have anything you could want other than ocean. Hiking and camping opportunities  are endless, and in a few hours you can go from snow capped mountains to sand dunes. Cost of living isnt as bad as many areas, and emloyment rates are rising. Every major city on the front range corridor has some type of college should you want to go, and the state has a program to help with tuition should you be interested. Pro sports , awesome music venues, the list goes on and on for activities.

Oh yea, and we got legal cannabis. We have some of the best smoke in the country and if you find a good caregiver prices are about as cheap as you will find anywhere for true top shelf smoke. Non of the neutered bs mmj laws in some states, many of which do as much to limit access as they do to legalize for medical use.

  8. Appreciate that for sure. Colorado is one of the two states I have never heard anyone say wasn't amazing. And they just started opening stores there. Aw shit!
