I just started smoking marijuana, it's amazing. Great feeling, great everything. But, I've been getting these panic attacks while I'm high, and I notice these panic attacks occur when my mind wanders to certain areas/thoughts/places/memories. The feeling can described as a warming sensation from the brain down, and constant heat shocks throughout my head. Then slight white visions passing throughout my eyes. I need to solve this problem. Any advice helps. -Alexander
Scrotoloitch smoked some herb and got high. He was feeling great. Then all of a sudden his mind started to wander... Scrot tried calling his mind back to it's orginal position, but his mind would not listen and kept right on wandering. This did not bode well for scrot. He bagan to panic. He informed his mind that he was getting heat shocks. Mind kept wandering..... Then the white visions started up in scrot's eyes.....that's when all hell broke loose.
Damn, you're a good writer.. You should just be the GC narrator for every thread, makes reading it easier to understand and more interesting
Lol that was wild I say just be mindful. Realize you're getting anxiety and you can deal with it better. After dealing with it enough and having mindfulness you should be able to get over it. Smoke more indica dominant strains
If you can't realize that its all in your head, don't smoke or smoke less. If you're constantly paranoid or worried, take care of any problems that bring said anxiety.
the remedy is to stop being a pussy Panic attacks happen because your afraid of something. Possible something you don't realize you are afraid of Sent from my LG-E739 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Though I love most of your posts yuri I have to disagree. As someone with a bad anxiety disorder I can say smoking a bowl sometimes induces a panic attack. Panic attacks are not caused by fear solely. You can literally have one because your body decided to put you in fight or flight mode( adrenaline etc) this situation he may need to just get used to it, but the issue could be deeper. Signs from the gawds that they send intoxicated people go to hell. Smoke away, I hope you are cool. I want to hang out with cool people. All the people claiming to heaven are real butts! LOL!

It's your spirit showing you something. Showing you how sick we humans are, this madness thats going on in our subconscious minds. This is why smoking weed has been used for spiritual purposes in the past and shouldn't be abused. You've already taken the first step and noticed how your brain is reacting when you smoke weed...that must mean there's something there thats noticing the brain's activity. This observation of your uncontrollable mind is what you are at your core being. You are this observer or observing. You can't control the mind, it does as it will. Just like your heart is being beaten, and your body is being breathed...it's all autonomic. If you know what you are and what thoughts are before going into a high, then how could random thoughts ever effect you? How could thoughts ever effect you? They aren't something you can produce, are they? If you can produce sadness or worry, then show it to me.. you simply can't, it's all illusory. Thoughts about the past and future are also happening in the present moment in time...nothing can ever change that. Know what those thoughts are, know who you are. You are the nameless, infinite, transparent awareness of all things as they happen in you, as you...without your judgement or mental commentary (ego). Meet reality in that nameless place...and then you are free. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCKdeAWcmxY&index=19&list=LLY5q9qvEzsgnQwvjnPCzk1Q
These panic attacks and high blood pressure occuring so often, ive seen, have led some to stomach ulcers and other problems. Yea the weed didnt directly cause those problems, but it could have been avoided drastically by just, not smoking.
Breathe deeply and slowly to activate your parasympathetic system which will have calming effects and mindfully be aware of your physical sensation in a judgemental nonelaborative fashion. Don't think but experience it.by thinking about it you cause a perpetuating chain of negative thoughts, causing distress then you might activate your sympathetic side causing BP and heart rate to go up which could lead to another panic attack.
