I just recently got into organic growing. Ive heard its the best way to go. I have a blue widow sprouted about 15 -16 days ago. I just wanna get thoughts on how shes doing and, ive been reading alot on tlo & came across buildasoil.com. it seems everything ive read that goes into tlo soil is what they put into the buildasoil living organic soil. I ordered it this morning and just wanna get feed back on what i should do next and how everythings growing. also on how buildasoils soil stacks up against other pre made mixes or even your very own soil mix . much appreciated also using distilled water spraying the top layer whenever it gets dry . Thinking about adding another light but dnt wanna over do anything . Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

Repeat after me: Leave It The Fuck Alone. Well except that plant looks like it's about ready to be transplanted into a bigger pot. Go big. 5 gallon minimum. Should make a beast!
What you mean leave it alone ..? Yeah i was thinking about going into a slightly larger pot wen i get my soil in and probly a 4 gallon container for the final product . Not trying to go crazy with the yeild just trying to get some experience under my belt Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
He's sayin, don't worry about trying to add fertilizer or spray it w/ shit, the soil you got is great, everything looks nice, just keep it watered and you're good to go. Your next transplant should be in it's final container, IMO. The less you do, the better, is the thinking behind LITFA (leave it the fuck alone).
Ohh okayy yeah thats what ive been doing . Im not too good with all that nutrient stuff thats why i decided to go organic and just make a few teas here and there , ive read somewere you should gain pot size slow and gradually , but then again it makes sense what your saying. Do you guys think its time for more lights and if so how many ? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
More lights are always good - as many as you feel comfortable to fit over the plant. You can't really over do lights. How much light you using now? 135w UFO LED Micro Grow: http://forum.grasscity.com/index.php?/topic/1308910-135W-Led--Organic-1St-Grow

What kind of soil mix is that plant in right now? Perhaps you're the kinda guy that can build your own soil?
I have a 23 w 120v 5000k daylight on it right now. & have a few other 23 w yellow colored and blue colored lights in my drawer waiting to get thrown in the mix . Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
This. I think GCO should sell T-shirts with LITFA on them. Sent from somewhere over there. No, not there...over THERE.
As someone already mentioned, short of burning the leaves from heat, you can't get too much light on them. This is where you want to spend money second. Odor control being first for most people. Definitely time to transplant as soon as you get the build-up stuff in. That will be played out soon anyway. If you can, pick up some mychorizae spores to inoculate the roots with when you transplant. Shake as much of that of as you can gently and dust the exposed roots with the spores. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mycorrhiza You'll want an endomycorrhizal inoculant that contains Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae. These are the symbiotic fungal species that form relations with cannabis. Try to stay away from any inoculants that contain high amounts of Tricoderma species. Trichoderma species replicate faster/easier than Glomus species, and because of this Glomus winds up as a food source for Trichoderma. Here's a good product... http://www.amazon.com/BioAg-grams-Endomycorrhizal-Plant-Inoculant/dp/B00J2FGFQW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1410898140&sr=8-2&keywords=bioag+vam
Do you guys have any thoughts on the mycorrizhal innoculant sold by bas compared to the bio ag VAM? Sent from my MB886 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
