    Cannabis seeds are one of the few seeds that contain all the essential fatty acids for human nutrition. This is why they were the preferred seeds to bring on a ship to provide the crew a reliable (not easy to spoil) and complete nutrition on long journeys. It's also the only part of the plant that contains ZERO cannabinoids.
     
  4. Aizurra said it best, the seeds are very nutritious. I'd only recommend doing that if your a breeder though. I'd rather buy seeds for cultivation simply because of their pricing. 
     
  5. Hemp seed protein powder i have not tried it I usually just use whey protein powder but last time I went to order some whey I found the hemp stuff to be compatible with pricing it was less and it has less cholesterol.
