Alot may say, "Why the heart?" That is because your heart is a muscle, and it is what keeps us going all the time. We must do our best to take care of it. I know for a fact that if our heart gets too much plaque in the arteries, it will cause the heart not being able to pump blood properly. That is why we must be careful in what we put in us. We can do things in moderation, but not constantly. Always choose the amount of fat intake carefully, and exercise 2-3 times a week.
