  2. I'd say next time let it get bigger before flowering and maybe do some training...like LST.

how much light are you using?

  3. Uhh I got two of the 17 watt grow lights from Walmart the 24 inch and switched the bulbs to sun light bulbs when I switched to 12\\12

  4. This is my grow space what do u think would be a good technique for LST training?

  5. Veg for a little longer and LST and maybe top depending on genetics? Looks kinda dark still so I'd also look at getting some more light in there

you'd be better of with some cfls .... I've been using screw in style led bulbs with great results also..but those are a little more $. Those "grow" bulbs are worse then a regular corkscrew warm white cfl. ...and if you plan on using 18" t-8 flouros...go with kitchen and bath bulbs...those are also much better then the "grow" bulbs of the same style.

check out microgrower420's elastic training tutorial

*you might be able to pull 1-3 oz out of there if you get set up with the proper lighting...and you're able to cool it.

Basically you will need about 30W a square foot for veg and 50+ for flowing for bare minimum. I have an 6 square foot dresser that currently has 360W which works out to 60W a ft^2.
You have roughly 2.7777 sqft so ideally you would want 138.8W of lighting for flowering, and about 50-80 for veg ideally for a space that size.

  8. Do u think it would be hard on the plant to start LST now?

  9. too late now to lst...just keep it close to the light so those buds develop.

  10. Do u think I will get a good yeild I'm looking for at least ten to eleven g's

  11. Id say the first question is how much do you want to harvest? If its more than a bag, youre gonna need a better light :smoke:

With only 34W you won't be pulling much by the time she dries. Get yourself some more light. For your first few grows expect about .25-.5 g/w with HIDs if everything goes great, much less otherwise. Not sure what the ratio is for cfl but I'd imagine its less per watt

  13. maybe

But itll be very airy, not dense at all. I applaud you for not getting your hopes up. Too many people grow cfls and want to harvest more than their lights are capable of imo.

  14. Wat do u think a good wattage is?

  15. And how many cfl lights would be good?

  17. If you could get around 100W at least the plants would thank you. The more light, the more bud. Check out some of the grows in the micro section to get an idea of the sort of wattage you need for the results you want.
