Talking To Parents About Me Smoking?

    So I got caught about a month ago smoking pot in my basement/room and my mom caught me and my friend because the smell lingered upstairs and reeked. We were using a sploof and blowing out hits through a sploof out the window, but it still smelled. She didn't yell or even punish me, but she said that she was disappointed that I would disrespect her and her house. Also, she said that she'd rather me be honest than lie to her about things like that. She said that she was more upset about me doing it in her house than me just doing it. My dad was a stoner and they divorced, so she is probably stuck on the idea that it's bad (my dad is a lazy drunk/pothead who only slept all day).
     
    So basically I'm still smoking and I want to tell her. I want to talk to her about me like smoking on the back porch or something (I did it and it didn't smell at all). What do you guys think I should do? Tell her or just keep it a secret? Thanks for any advice  :smoke:

    Tell her you won't smoke under her roof, and respect her rules until you move out. Saves a lot of drama and sneaking around worrying about being caught
     
    Go for a nice long walk in the woods. Bring a 'bud' :p  :p

    Thanks for the idea  :D the only problem is she might get suspicious since I never really just go on walks or anything  :unsure: so im not sure if that'd work...

    Another idea is you roll a short stubby joint and smoke it on the way home...take precautions like side streets, in a park or whatever. When you get home, brush your teeth, mouthwash and wash your hands.
     
    What helped me was bringing some facts about ganja when talking to your parents about it(ex. 0 deaths, not as addictive as other drugs) My dad surprised the hell out of me, saying "alcohol should be illegal and dope legalized."

    Your mom seems pretty content so I would just be honest and tell her that its your choice and that you wont do it in her house anymore. I think she would appreciate the fact your honest and that you have nothing to hide. Keep your relationship with your mom bro

    Just tell her "I AM MY FATHER!" over and over again and she should then be cool with you smoking in her house.
