Has anyone bought this game for any of the consoles yet? I already know they took out much of the content for Xbox One/PS4, but I'm wondering if that (and obviously the graphics) is the only difference between current and old gen consoles.

I want to buy the 360 version if any because I only play eashl, but I'm still wondering how different that will be from 14. They've talked about the new skill stick and the new puck physics (it's supposed to move and bounce around like an actual puck instead of a ball), but all the articles have been talking about it in the context of the current gen consoles.. I'm afraid NHL 15 for 360 will just be another minor roster update to the previous game. If that's the case, I don't want to waste $60 on it.

So yeah, can anyone help me out here?

And fuck EA, I guess. Feel free to talk about the game overall and their shittiness, as well.

i played it on my friends 360. i shit you not man, when i turned it on i thought i was back in nhl 14. everything looks exactly the same from the game menu to the gameplay itself. skating is slightly better, not much. oh, and you can check your own teammates now, lol. EA clearly focused their attention on the ps4/one version, but not enough to put EASHL in, which is all i care about

  3. I am an avid NHL'er and I refuse to buy the game, the new gameplay functions went to 4/one and it looks like very else has changed. Roster update, not worth the money.

  4. oh yea and still a lot of the same bugs as 14, like lagging out right before u get into an eashl game

    Yeah I think I'm sticking with 14

Checking your own teammates sounds like yet another thing people would use to fuck with people instead of playing the game..

  6. Agreed the 360-ps3 version not worth the money.
But the Xbox one version is pretty badass, visual-wise anyway. Graphics are stunning.
It's a bit disappointing they rushed the release without adding in all the modes though, but I mostly play HUT so i don't mind much.
Definitely only worth it if you have an Xbox one/PS4.
