Flowers For Baking In Washington.

HI, so my problem is simply as follows.  I recently moved to Washington state and my main goal is to procure some cannabis for baking purposes for my use exclusively.  Is there a shop that exists where I would be able to buy larger quantities of lower grade plant material that would be good for infusing it into coconut oil?  All I've seen is high grade bud for as little as 10 bucks a gram and concentrates.  I need more along the line of mids so I can buy larger amounts for lower prices because I want to make some relatively potent oil so it lasts me longer for regular medication.  Anyone have direction?  I've emailed numerous dispensaries asking some questions but no one has responded.    Thank you.

Im a small timer with wheel-borrow loads.

A medical grower should be able to hook you up fat for cheap. I save popcorn buds for edibles and all the leaf goes into the compost or chicken /turkey pens.
