Because that is a trump card for alot of theories that many people incorrectly refer to as "fact." A theory is by definition a supposition or a system of ideas intended to explain something, especially one based on general principles independent of the thing to be explained. Theories are not proven 100%, therefore they are not fact. The fact that there is a fact is a 100% fact. But can we figure out what the fact is?

I am not asserting that nothing is 100% true. Every fact node is 100% true, but it is impossible to know what the truth is, all we can know is that there is a truth. Truth = 100% Fact = 100%

However it is impossible to know (100%) what the 100% fact is made up of, all we can know is that there is a fact. We know there is a fact, but we can't know what it is, because of numerous or possibly infinite citations of and relating to human consciousness.
