What Should I Get? Bubbler, Vape Or Both?

Discussion in 'Smoking Accessories Q&A' started by natedawwwg, Sep 8, 2014.

  1. I need a new piece to smoke out of. I have this little mini bong about 5" tall which is okay, but I find it kinda harsh. I need something that's REAALLY smooth, not sure what to get. An expensive bong is not an option, I still live with my anti-drug parents so it needs to be small enough to hide. I was thinking of a bubbler but I would also like something I can use on the go, like at the ski hill or something.

Does it make sense to get a vape for on the go and a nice bubbler for home? Both need to be super smooth, and my total budget is about $200. Any suggestions on bubblers/ vapes? Is the high any different? Please provide any input you can think of!

  2. 200 bucks. You can get just about whatever. I'd suggest a scientific bubbler, there's almost no drag to them and you can get fat rips effortlessly. I would suggest a nice bong but you said it's not going to happen. Vape and smoke highs are different imo. You get the most out of a cape but I don't think it hits you as hard as if you smoked the same amount. Vaping doesn't usually give you that Stoney couch lock feel which is what I strive for. You could get a mflb for on the go and a decent bub for at home with your price range or a really nice bubbler and no vape.

  4. MFLB is a great, stealthy vape for on the go. Arizer solo is a more powerful but less stealthy vape. Both are portables.

  5. It's all preference and I don't feel like getting into a pissing match. Best thing I can tell you is to go to your lhs and see if they have anything that you want. I'd get something with a perc but that's just preference like I said. I would avoid tree percs though, the arms tend to snap pretty easily on them. You can get a nice little glass bubbler for 20-30 bucks usually but you won't be able to take as big of hits, change bowl pieces or put a nail on it to dab. That's the beauty of scientific glass.
