    You'll notice an icon when replying or creating a post and when you mouse over it, it will say "image". If you have the photo on your computer already you can upload it online for free with any old photo sharing/uploading site and they will provide you with a link or URL to use to post your photo in your thread.

      Now then, as for your question, in the lower left corner, you will see a "choose files" button. Click on that, and it should bring up files on your computer to choose from. Just click and attach, and you are set. Good luck!
