No Worries, No Problems...

  1. Hello everyone!  :smoke:  :bongin:  :smoking:

There's something in my life, and life in general, that I've come to realize. The less you worry about things, the less you'll have to worry about. At least, this occurs to me. I am NOT saying don't care about stuff and just cruise through life half-assed. Always care. But I have noticed that the more people worry and fret over things, the more worrisome things happen to them.

For example....Your co-workers freak out because they really, really want that promotion while you just diligently do your best. And you end up with the promotion while not stressing over it!

    Strange...

School, - a great example - students are nervous for the anatomy test and study endlessly, while I barely yet calmly review and show up to the test confident and ready to go. Others worry the entire week and study frantically. Good students may get a 90%, while the calm, confident students get a 95%. I pay close attention to people, and have seen this far too many times.

I've concluded that simply our mood and state of mind have an enormous impact on everyday life. So relax, be patient and just always do your best...and you'll do great things.

As for weed in general lol your state of mind plays a huge role in the overall experience of your high. For some reason i haven't thought about this too much before. Today I thought about it and something 'clicked'. When I quickly chief a bowl in my room when my mom is home I worry about the smell, looking high, etc. The high is not as fun or intense for me. But when parents are out of town (turn up) I can go out on the patio, relax, take my time, and smoke to the face heehe. The high is simply glorious

Thanks for reading plz give your thoughts. H

Hope you actually read all of that haha

  3. I agree, we could worry less but still be concerned about the world around us.  People choose the level of emotion they bring to given situation, and in my humble opinion "emotion" is heat not light.

  4. I was quick to spot happy people and non happy peoplepeople early in life and the level of worryness is a big contributor. I go by the notion that when the issue arises, that's when I'll take action. What's the sense in worrying about what may be. I always take the position of...Think about a solution (s), do it, if it works or not reevaluate, try again....if you can't do much more then, well...accept it and move on no sense in worrying. Problem solve, we should be great at doing that with these minds we've got.

  5. I agree to the fullest. You gotta realize what you think about makes it seem like the thing you think about is real. Your thoughts arent real, they are just concepts. Also, you gotta realize that yohr body and your mind is the same thing, your body expresses how your mind feels. If you want to get that negative emotion/feeling out of your body, just simply remove the negative thing out of your thinking bubble. Think positive and life WILL be only positive, because it adapts to you, no you to it.

  6. Sometimes I wonder if I worry too little, I have things I maybe should be worried about. I hate worrying, and I just figure it will work out on it's own either way.

If I did worry more, I would probably get shit done a lot more effectively though.

  7. Worrying about useless things is different than worrying about real problems that you should address. You have to make the distinction between the two.

"You can avoid reality, but you can't avoid the consequences of avoiding reality"

  8. If you don't give a shit, shits will be given unto you.
    Meaning of life = chill
