Some Good Fruits For You

Discussion in 'Fitness, Health & Nutrition' started by kit88, Sep 4, 2014.

  1. For some people who need help as far as eating fruits, i have some that can help you. I love apples, grapes, watermelon, oranges, and pears. I eat fruit when i go to work in the morning, and skip breakfast. To be honest, i don't miss it at all. I have been eating these fruits since i was a kid, and still love them to this day. Another thing that i love is raisins. I eat raisin bran alot, and never turned back. These foods really help me. If anyone needs advice on what fruits to try, these are some good ones. I know for some of us, that things don't happen overnight, but you can give it a try.

  2. Check to see that your raisin bran doesn't have high fructose corn syrup in it

  3. If you eat fruit in the morning you aren't skipping breakfast.

    Fruit counts as food

there is not to many fruits that are bad for you in moderation. I just suggest you skip dried fruits and stuff like prunes and dates. those have ALOT of calories! 1/4th cup of dates is like almost 500 calories lol.

just depends on what you need to avoid I guess.

other biggest thing you need to watch out for is pesticides and Gmo crap. other than that you really should be ok if you don't sit and eat like crazy. remember they have sugar as well.

  6. Kiwi my favorite....my friend eats the whole thing lol

He said theres more nutritional value in the skin...but fuck that...nasty

  7. I like to stock up on apples and oranges in the fridge for daily use because they are cheap and don't go bad too fast
