Water For Me

  1. About 2 years ago, i developed a habit of drinking water. I did this because my sugar was high and i had to control it, because i drank alot of soda. All in all, i drink water for lunch, at the gym or anywhere else, and have no complaints. Once you start doing it, you'll feel very comfortable with this routine.

    I keep a refillable water bottle with me wherever i go
     
    I think most people do not drink enough water
     
  3. You're supposed to get at least 16oz a day.
     
  4. Your pee should be mostly clear with only a hint of yellow.  If your pee is more yellow than clear you are dehydrated.  If you drink only to satisfy your thirst you are already dehydrated.  Cotton mouth is a good thing  :metal:
     
  5. Sometime when I pee, it stings my pee hole because it's so yellow

    right now im on my drink-whatever-the-fuck-i-want binge.
     
  8. For a while I was trying to drink 2 Nalgene bottles worth of water a day. I added lemon to make it not be so bland. I had to pee all the time, but it was as clear as water. I did it for a while but then kind of forgot about it or something.
     
  9. I drink a ton of water at college. It seems counterintuitive but I eat much healthier at college than at home. My mom buys sugary drinks but at college it's my choice and 95% water.
     
  10. A key to health in my opinion. Nalgene bottles are awesome btw
