About 2 years ago, i developed a habit of drinking water. I did this because my sugar was high and i had to control it, because i drank alot of soda. All in all, i drink water for lunch, at the gym or anywhere else, and have no complaints. Once you start doing it, you'll feel very comfortable with this routine.
Your pee should be mostly clear with only a hint of yellow. If your pee is more yellow than clear you are dehydrated. If you drink only to satisfy your thirst you are already dehydrated. Cotton mouth is a good thing
When I'm working out hard = Gatorade When I'm doing short workout = water Stoner Athlete Train Insane or Remain The Same.
For a while I was trying to drink 2 Nalgene bottles worth of water a day. I added lemon to make it not be so bland. I had to pee all the time, but it was as clear as water. I did it for a while but then kind of forgot about it or something.
I drink a ton of water at college. It seems counterintuitive but I eat much healthier at college than at home. My mom buys sugary drinks but at college it's my choice and 95% water.
