Edibles With... Hash?

  1. I have some hash, and no weed. So i can't really smoke it. Usually i can just drop it in the rig like wax, but this hash isn't really suitable... i only have about a half gram left, could i make edibles with it?
     
    I don't see what could go wrong, except that not all of the hash will be in contact with whatever im making... 
    should i make some olive oil infused with the hash? Thats the best method i can think of for what i have. I think the oil might soak through better. I would break it down as fine as possible, but this is some gummy hash. it just sticks to your fingers.
     
    Has anyone tried to make edibles with bubble hash before?
    what problems did you encounter?
    what should i avoid?
     
    should i just put it away and smoke it some other day?

     
  2. well, thanks anyway guys. i went ahead and did it. i used a half gram and made peanutbutter. in the hopes that a higher fat content would help get into the pieces of hash i added a chunk of butter into the mix.
     
    Will report back with results. i already feel something, i only ate it 45 minutes ago.

  4. Its getting there. At the very least it worked, ive yet to see how well.
     
  5. 1oz everclear. 3.5g hash.
     
    Decarb Hash. 220' F oven for 20-30 minutes.
     
    Put hash in freezer for 24 hours , along with the everclear for 24 hours as well.
     
    After 24 hours, mix 1oz everclear and 3.5g hash and shake vigorously for around 10-15 minutes. Let this sit in freezer till it sifts to the bottom.
     
    Run this mixture through a metal filter or metal coffee strainer, then a regular unbleached coffee filter.
     
    Voila. Get smacked on the tincture, or burn the alcohol down and do a transfer into a different medium such as coconut oil, or SUGAR and mix the sugar with your cookies or peanut butter..
     
    Or just drop ur alcohol tincture under your tongue and LIFT OFF! Or just do a few drops on your sandwich, Goodnight. :)
     
  6. Well, it worked. I was still up all night dabbing, it didn't work that well. I think not all of the hash was in contact with the fats. when i mixed it there were thin streaks of what were still seperate pieces of hash... Oh well, ill try again with the other half.

    Put in oven, decarb your hash. Spoon it into your mouth.

    I have some brandy, ill decarb it and let it sit in that overnight, then just shoot it? It won't be enough to feel the alcohol, but will it be high enough proof to absorb the goodies? Im getting a half of more bubble in a couple weeks, it seems its more available around here now then bud.

    From my mentor @PsychadelicSam I would say that the recipe calls for 190proof. If it's obtainable in your state I would highly suggest getting a 750ml bottle (will last you a lifetime for your baking needs) for I think I paid $23.99 in NJ
