I didn't read any of the posts because I haven't seen the movie yet and was afraid of spoilers. I've heard really great things about this movie and plan to watch it as soon as it pops up on DirecTV cinema.
My left brained dmt abusing friend called this film "a plebeian flick" ("flick", to him means contrived hollywood garbage). I agree with him. & he's as good a science fiction critic as my description of him would lead you to believe. not a good film no offense to it's plebeian fans
