    I just moved to CT a few months ago. Haven't met any true smokers yet, miss being in my old college town. Glad to know some are out there!

    Go stroll around Uconn campus for awhile, your bound to find some people smoking.

    Southside, you'll find them. If you're a student, chill around the quads. There's some dorms specifically for theatrical and arts students, as well as the "jungle". My father dormed in the jungle when he attended UConn and he assured me there's a reason it's kept that name for so long.
    Look for your stereotypical stoner college types. I'm not familiar with the frats there but that's also another great option, lots of substances find their way into frats, bud being by far the most available. Hit up the party scene and just ask around. It is farm country up that way after all.

    I'm a college grad working a white collared job. Makes it tough to get back into the game. I got my eyes peeled though!
