So, I had an emergency neck surgery for a cyst on my neck because it was infecting my jugular vein. I've been out of the hospital for almost 10 days now and thought it was be okay for me to hit a bowl with tobacco and weed in it because I used to smoke several times a day before I got my surgery. I felt super high and I was loving it. Until I went to try to catch the bus home from a friends house, I was standing at the bus stop and blacked out, not once but twice and people had to help me up. Can anyone help me figure out if its because I smoked or because I was in a sun and I hadn't eaten, maybe because of the morphine and t3s I was on? That they were in my system? I'm really scared
