So I plan on harvesting my outdoor crops in stages this year, They are getting so big and bushy I really think I can improve my yield by chopping them down in layers. Thing is I have heard that if you cut a plant and leave it open, That water can collect in the cut and cause rot. Anything I can use to cover the cuts up with? I figure using tape might not be the best best I am not sure if the adhesive is toxic to plants. Anyone know of anything else that's natural or not harmful?
