  1. its my last month of flowering. I would say I have from 2-4 weeks left til harvest. this last stage has been the most stressful stage for my plant to say the least. it has done awesome the beginning seedling and vegetative stage but when it got to flowering two things happened that stressed her out bad; nitrogen deficiency then a heavy rain came by which made the buds too heavy and the plant could not hold herself up so I found her leaning on the fence halfway of her length. staked her up last night so she is fine now. when I was doing a closer inspection tho I found a bottom branch that turned hermie, which I cut off (mind you she has 10-20 branches).I noticed it was hermie when I opened up the buds and found some sacs, none of them were open when I first cut the branch off. so my question is being that I had a branch that turned hermie what does that mean? whats my situation? if I got it just in time to not pollinate the other branches and main cola will the other buds still turn out fire?
am I screwed to the point that its just a matter of time before my whole plant turns hermie?
or is my plant just hermie and I will find a bunch of seeds in the finished product even though the buds looks nothing like this one branch and actually smell very delicious and fire; something that this branch did not, smelled like lawn grass and looked like Mexican shwag haze.

upon doing some hermi research I found this dude that gave me some insight and might hold some truth for my situation, he wrote:

    "Females can Change
Even pure female plants have the potential to turn male or hermaphrodite. This can happen if the plant is stressed too much through bad treatment or if hormones are applied to the plant to induce male flowering. Often near the end of flowering unfertilised stressed out females will produce one or two male flowers in a vein attempt to continue the species. Over cloned mother plants kept for too long can also suddenly start producing clones that change sex.

    Hermaphrodites
These are plants that are part male, part female. Some equatorial Sativa varieties of cannabis are naturally hermaphrodite and the use of them in the crosses that seed banks sell will sometimes show up. Other times hermaphrodites are caused by the plant being stressed. Quite often you will get plants that are mainly one sex with maybe a branch that shows flowers of the opposite sex. Hermaphrodites are best dumped as they will only lead to disappointment."

any light that anyone could shed on this subject will greatly help me out.

  2. I already told you the plants are screwed. The photo you provided in your other post showed that they where already seeded. Trust jr been there done that just do I would know from first hand experience.

  3. lets see the buds.....

if your 2 weeks from harvest.....there's not times for buds to be "completely seeded."....... if there's seeds already there, then they are there.... but if it just now banana'd, and its 2 weeks until chop, dont say it's for naught! that's silly!

  4. Lol didn't this guy post a picture of a male plant in full bloom on his last post? And now he thinks he has a hermie on hand. Im sure he had a male in full bloom.

  5. these pictures are 3 weeks old the buds have matured from here and do not look seeded at all

  6.
these plants don't look seeded tho man you don't think i still have a chance honestly? like it was only this one branch that i found and there was no bananas it just had burnt pistils and when i opened the bud it had a premature seed in it? the rest looks totally female? these pictures are like 3 weeks old i will get more recent ones today or tomorrow so you can see they are more mature and female

i didn't show any plants in any other post seeded this is the only photos ive shown. that's why i don't listen to just one person from here cause a bunch are just hi and don't get their facts straight

the pictures i posted are like 3 weeks old i will get more recent ones soon and let you see them

  7. Lol.. sorry to disappoint, but I dont smoke tell 10pm nights. I dont get high and drive, I dont get high and work.. so right now im not high. I have 14 more hours to go.

  8. They don't look seeded but the description you cave of burnt pistils is what happens to the parts when they come in contact with pollen. The chances of finding more male parts else where are high. It is hermi and you may grow more nuts in other places that you don't notice. Still a high chance of seeding. I you did have another post with pics of your plant that was seeded. I remember that clearly.

  9.
that wasn't my post it was just a post I commented in. I thought the same thing about maybe finding another male part so I checked all her branches today and they look fine. it looks like she is one of those rare hermi's that only came out with one male branch like this guy in the post stated. I wasn't too surprised because this strain that I have I can tell is almost PURE Sativa, which I am lovin'. if she didnt lean over the other day because of that heavy rain I would have never seen that branch, which would of probably costed me my whole plant seeing as it was trying to produce seeds and pollen inside. I have some pictures I will post them now

  10. heres some updated pictures.. looks like she needs 2 more weeks mayybbee 3
    what do you guys think?
I am looking for cloudy trichs I want a pure head high

here are the pictures... do you think I have to chop already? or do you think I caught that hermie branch in time that it will not pollinate my whole plant

  12. for completely seeded buds, you pretty much have to have a male flowering next to a female for enough time that it's constantly pollinating the female, resulting in seeds throughout the buds...

if it hermies late, then it can only pollenate during the time those nanners develop and open and release there pollen onto the bud..... where those pollen land, if there's time, a seed will develop..

so late hermi, even if it does nanner out, there's not gonna be enough time for seeds to develop, see what i'm saying?

if anything i'd say it's gonna be lightly seeded with premature seeds on the outermost parts of the actual buds (that's assuming it hasn't been making nanners throughout entire flowering and pollinating the flowers thoroughly...which will result in fully seeded buds (but i can tell even from those pics it isn't fully seeded, or even heavily seeded)

you've seen seeded bud before right?  varying degrees of seeded buds?   you can see the buds on your plant...

  19.
by the way was your lightly seeded bud still fire? did it produce a good product that you were happy with?
was the smoke more harsher or any characteristics that you noticed differently?
