in the month I've had my rec...I've been to many dispensaries....one thing they all have in common is that they have an unlimited supply of bomb weed, but the attitudes and customer service are inconsistent....some workers(budtenders)seem to have a stick up their ass and a weird attitude when serving you... lol... for what reason I have NO idea....instead of walking into a place that CARES about their patients needs...it more feels like a gloomy type of legal drug deal.....and I just can't understand why a lot of workers are either unprofessional, stoned on the job,or just plain act like they hate like they are serving you...can anyone shed some light on this?maybe i'm just overthinking it,but it seems to be that way at most of the dispensaries I've been to.......very rarely have I met someone who was actually glad about serving you...it's more like a tenseness and uptightness...and by the way the stoned worker who can't comprehend is the worst one of all...lol....at the end of the day I could give a shit because all i'm after is good product, but I see reviews of some of these places that have similar complaints about the attitudes of certain staff...and now I know why......I just don't know WHY in their case that they have to come across in such manner for people providing money to their collective so to speak...they advertise about caring  about their patients and all that   bullshit but it fels anything but when you walk in to certain establishments...wtf..I thought they are out to GAIN customers not LOSE them..i don't know how it is in anyone else's neck of the woods, but these have been my main experiences...and I've been to a lot of them...anyway i'd also like to hear if you've had the same experiences with dispensaries whether it's losangeles or YOUR part of the country...and what you attribute workers attitudes to..

  2. I totally agree I actually reside a little bit below LA but none the less the dispensaries I've been too have this typical scenario where they will be nice to you the first couple of times then they don't care kinda like a shitty relationship but surprisingly today I made my last stop at this dispensary where I was about to stop going but then they got a new female bud tender and we end up chatting for like 20 mins about seceret societies and then Hooks me up with some venom b 2.5 for 10 bucks! So i feel you bro just don't lose hope and try to spark up a convo

i think between the security guard, the sometimes weird budtender, and the tenseness...i think they just want you in and out of there while PRETENDING that they actually care....or maybe they just really do hate serving people and wanna go home...lol...anyway the vibe i gather also sometimes is that they think you may be a narc ready to raid the place...lol...sometimes it's almost impossible to strike up some sort of friendly conversation without them kinda faking niceness.,....then letting you go on their way.....oh well at least the weed is good...lol...i wouldn't have so much of an issue if it were one place like this, but it's been almost the majority...

  4. Yes. The pot spot on Westmoreland has (had?) a shitty budtendress with a bad attitude. She could not answer the questions because she did not smoke weed. Why she was working there I'll never know. Other budtenders/budtendresses would heave a heavy sigh if i leaned over the counter to see the scale while they are weighing it. Rude.
There is a dispensary on valley blvd. across the street from Cal state university in east L.A. Its just west of where the 710 freeway dead ends at valley blvd. I forgot the name of it. But they have real pretty budtendresses in there that are very nice. They smile and give you eye contact and have a wonderful attitude. They don't mind hookin it up either.
The greenhouse on Hollywood blvd. in H-wood has a friendly staff. But their prices on PR is a bit steep.

thanks wiliam(oldschool smoker)...i think i'll try the greenhouse dispense that you mentioned.....it's not too far away and i'll probably just cop something small like a gram...hopefully this one proves my theory wrong...lol...looking it up on weedmaps right now..

  6. Try the brainfeeze indica. It's nice.

  7. I've found LOTS of dispensaries that are willing to help, maybe not always on point with their info, but not all of them are really in it for the medicine, you know? Besides, if you are just going to reduce them to which is the prettiest, smiles the most, and hooks you up,... I woudn't go out of my way either (girls can sense these things)

If you want good weed AND good mmj info, just read the reviews BEFORE and don't pick one that's got bad reviews!

  8. It's a dope deal man - nothing more, nothing less.  Not everyone is going to kiss your ass while picking your wallet.  If ANY of these places gave a shit about their so-called "patients", they'd be selling weed at a couple bucks per gram.  I'd strongly suggest growing your own and avoiding all the bullshit.

  9. Cuz they don't have overhead? Rent, insurance, payroll, taxes, security... and it's not like they're growing inside, hydroponically, during a drought. Certainly, the cheapest way to go about it.

You want weed for pennies on the gram, yeah, grow it, then see how much it really costs.  Not saying that there aren't people ripping others off, but there are a lot of truly compassionate places, and you guys just seem rude. No wonder you're having bad experiences lol
