Terrible Green Out After Smoke Hash For The First Time

  1. This is the very first time I try weed. But I shouldn't start with hash!
    I was alone and try to feel it , so maybe I inhale to much(7-8)big blow.
    First seconds I was ok, and the next seconds I was spinning into a tunnel !(lying with closed eyes)
    I knew I need to out of this, so I stood up and went out for a long walk!
    Throw up like 8 time..
    This morning wake up with exhausted body, and still a little dizziness!

    Help! Feeling terrible!

    ... 8 hits for your first time smoking weed, and 8 hits of hash no less? Wow. Ballsy, but not a good idea. Try keeping it to 1-2 hits of weed, and leave the hash to like 1 hit for now, until your tolerance builds. If you need emergency comedowns, I hear ibuprofen helps, as well as eating. That'll help level you out. 
     
    Best thing for a greenout though is to go to sleep and sleep it off, then learn from your experience.

  6. The depression is either an underlying problem or more likely you are kind of just freaking out. I know I would if I had that much hash. Just take a few deep breaths, hold them for a moment, and then exhale. Clear your mind. Turn on some good music that is cheerful. That will help with the depression feeling, as well as help you go to sleep. You never know, though. A couple deep breaths may be all you need.
     
  7. U r right! I think it's both. I had depression and under medication for more than a year.
    And I think I freaked out!..
    Maybe I should not try weed since I have depression problem before.

    You'll be fine with weed, just get some regular weed and take a hit. Then wait about 15 mins before deciding to do another. Only smoke enough to feel comfortable. I have suicidal depression, it actually makes my depression a little better when I smoke.

    Thanks for your answer, it really help me feeling better!
    Now it is almost about 24 hours from the hits, I'm feeling much better, though still can feel the effect: like dizzy, and extremely sleepy...but good thing is appetite back a little,which I can finally eat something.
    I can feel now when THC level is lower in my system, the less depression I have. It's interesting THC seems able to increase and decrease the depression level,by the dosage in the system.
