    Its a bowl piece for a 18mm male joint.  sometimes called a slide.

    Yeh, it's a bowl meant for 18.8 mm male joint like said above
     
    "normal" bongs have female joints, you see male ones on dab rigs

    I can't tell from the pics, Is there only one hole? It looks like a bowl holder. Definitely a strange piece.

    Edit: I was wrong. Its clearly a 18mm male piece as stated above twice already. I'm guessing its worth $20 - $40? I can't see it costing anything more.

    It looks like a flower vase that was made with one of those glass design art kits you get at the arts and crafts store. I would not pay more than $5.00 for it.

    Not sure,never looked into male bowls since i don't have a dab rig. I would say anywhere from 5$ to 25$

    Makes sure it goes over the joint in the bong, not the other way like it usually is. Idk why they even make female slides lol
