Bojack Horseman

  1. Does anyone watch this show? It's on Netflix (one of their originals). It's an animated story of a talking horse (like a drug/alch addicted mr ed) who was once in a very famous sitcom and now is washed up and trying to write a memoir that will make him a star again . It stars Arrested Developments Will Arnett, Mad Men's Alison Brie , Amy Sedaris (Stranger with Candy) and Aaron Paul from Breaking Bad playing the stoner roommate and my favorite character : Todd.

The show features a talking horse which is odd enough , but there are other talking animals in this show as well. They even do things that an animal would do but still have human legs and arms .

It satirizes everything about the glamour (and dinginess) of Hollywood , from washed up actors , reality tv stars, to slutty pop artists and sleazy agents . They even do a nice episode on how major news outlets like to create stories from words out of context.

This shows entire season is available . Just wondering if anyone else was into this show .

  2. Just started watching it yesterday, I like it. The animation reminds me of Ugly Americans which annoys me, other than that I think its pretty funny.

  3.
Dude THAT is the show I kept trying to think of !! haha yea the animation isnt the best but it's pretty funny. I just got done with the Sara Lynn episode and it was hilarious.

"oh no...my arm ... u got my arm..I'm a part of it now! oh god!!" lol

I can't believe people aren't getting into it. the name and the fact its a "talking horse" probably turns some people off to it, but damn they're missin out. I wish I could be a character on this show because the cast all seems like people I would definitely chill with.

  5.
It is definitely different and a nice change up from American Dad or Always Sunny in PA. You kinda feel for Bojack , even though hes a bit narcissistic, he comes off as your average Joe who just wants his old job back.

  6. half way into the first episode and I like it, its funny as hell

  7. gonna smoke up tonight and try the first episode.

  8. For all you Bojack fans I have good news ...

So glad they renewed this one right away. I think this series has the potential to be a solid comedy in anyone's lineup. The jokes are already a lot more fresh than family guy or similar animated shows and the cast all play their roles perfectly.

I have about 2 episodes left until I'm done with the first season .

  9. Haha glad I could help!  I like the part in the second episode where his girlfriend/manager tells him to taker her home. Then the next day he wakes up and sees her and says "what're you still doing here?" And shes like "you never took me home!" I also like how he's always watching old episodes of his show lol

  10. Awesome show, I went in with a negative- Archer rules- attitude. I was pleasantly surprised.

  11. Just watched the first episode. It was pretty good! Definitely going to keep watching it.

  12. Finished it today. I liked the outcome of the series. It kept the humor along with the hubris and it's going to be interesting to see how his new deal plays out.

  13. Fuckin Vincent Adultman !

  14. Watched like 5 episodes of this, still deciding if I like.

When he falls in the pool in the intro I feel like he resembles wiz. Only then tho.

We're gonna have to wait for the second season. He's definitely my favorite character though....

"You're a good Horsey" ...when he said that to Bojack at the bar after Bojack's insightful digression, I laughed my ass off.

  17. That's an awesome picture, on episode 2 and love it so far :)

  18.
Episode two is still one of my favorites ! Lol @ Neal Mcbeal
