Sup guys i wanna build a closet cabinet to grow 2 plants for personal use, firts time grower long time smoker Im looking for tips and input. I search and have reed for a week now so i just know a little about it. I started to buying stuff but before i do wanna check whit people that know I wanna build a cabinet like this one, but whit better products and cheaper than buying one pre-made. Something like this The cabinet i will build my self i want it to be 5ft tall by 3.5wide, wrap in full reflective film all around Self watering whit a small camara inside, the idea open the box the least amount of time possible I wanna use 300w led light whit 2 light out put option for the 2 stages. I will hang them whit small rope pully to adjust hight Air exhaust by a 4" air pump whit a external filter. Im trying to hide the smell as much as possible Filterr Air inlet by 2 computer fans also whit carbon filter The bottom i wanna use a plastic tub whit the air line at the bottom to keep the water whit air and a small water pump that will collect the same water and bring it back to the seads/plant. A cycle ideally i wanna use the same 3.5. gallon water for a week and then change the water again for new one. But i wont know how long it will last until i give it the firts run and monitor the PH Tub I wanna keep the box sealed as much as possible , i wanna hide the smell as much as possible so i wanna instal on the outside a PH reader and a temp and humidity display. an small camera whit a external 4" display so i can see inside whit out needing to open it Temp Ph Now the questions Will it work lol? Where should i put the exhaust at the top or at the bottom of the box? Inlet will be opposite How long dose the water last in the tub before i need to refill ? Any other stuff i need? As for the grow box sounds to me like you've got it under control. I do soil not hydro so I can't advise there. For the reflective material you can get Mylar space blankets super cheap online, less than a dollar a piece. You would probably only need 1.5 blankets but I got a 10 pack for $7. The exhaust should go at the top of the box. Hot air rises so you want to be pulling the hot air up high out and pulling cool air from the floor level into the box. I have a very similar grow going on right now 300w LED 3x3x5 tent and even the same mtn 4" inline with filter haha

Its working all really well. Got two of the same strains of key lime pie! Was starting to smell a little even tho its still early veg! Not as bushy as id like it at this point but thats ok hopefully scrog will fix that. Currently 3-4 weeks in veg, probably be another 2 weeks before i flower. The inline fan creates a neg. pressure in my tent. Which keeps temp at ~75 F inside. With 50% humidity. Did lst and topping and now using scrog. Thinking i could yield anything from 2 oz to 6 oz. Is been a while but finally got the box build is only missing the door got the lights hook up and got a power supply inside the box , while just having one cord coming out the back of the box . I need to get a extension cord but here is a quick pic of the box and the progress
whit lights on Still got the top to cover but gotta run some cables for the reading devices and install the camara Dont know if i need more light ,should put a light hanging directly above that i can lower or raise at plant hight Thanks
