Many people have studied the plant and determined that the value of it can stem anywhere from an existential appreciation that encompasses literally everything, to reducing the pain of the terminally ill. It acts as a catalyst for both the tangible and intangible aspects of the human condition. In the same way you feel it's not for someone to choose the laws of China, many of us feel that it's not for madmen, bankers, and those with stock in big pharma to bullshit us and keep us under their thumb, their fucking bullshit meds, and there small and trivial insight, and deny us what grows from the ground naturally- something our species has indulged in for centuries and was a staple herb that helped cultivate the eastern and then western civilizations. This is a plant that was once allowed to flow freely in council meetings to help keep ideas lucid and tensions low.
