  1. Is 5-20-10 a good solution for a larger yeild? Its derived from diammonium phosphate, ammonium phosphate, potassium hydroxide and muriate of potash.answer would greatly appreciated.tia!

  2. I see that nobody has replied to you, I think this is mostly due to the way you phrased your question.   Your question is almost like asking if Chevys are fast.  The answer is yes and no...

a 5-20-10 is clearly more along the flower/bloom type of nutrient, compared to a veg nutrient which is heavier in Nitrogen.

That said, the plant is only going to uptake what it can use/what it needs.. so providing more of a specific nutrient or two will not, in itself, create a bigger yield.

What will have an affect on your final yield are different attributes such as:

    Your experience
Root ball size (related to veg time - longer veg time, greater the yield)
    Trimming methods
Overall environment - A plant with little to no stress will grow faster and stronger than one in an environment where it strains to survive.
    Amount of light

There are other factors, but those are the biggies.

  3. Everything is well said only the stress part I want to chime in on. On my last 3 grow I have played with defoliation and I must say I have had more than superb results! I would rate my defoliation as aggressive at this point and I have had great results from top to bottom. Literally. All that Lillypopping stuff is good and all but I’m telling you if you want to take a leap and see big results give it a shot! This is from my own experience using the same medium and same mother and same nutes. It’s argued both ways and this is just my experience. Maybe it’s the strain. I’m open to any input.
